Made with exceptional fruit from Tumbarumba and crafted in our traditional dry style with intense floral aromas and flavours of juicy lemons, lime cordial and golden apples. Serve with oysters, sushi, sashimi, fresh seafood, creamy chicken.
Description
As the daughter of renowned Riesling maker, Ken Helm, it is no surprise that Stephanie is also passionate about making her own Riesling style. A smaller vintage than usual, as Mother Nature threw us a curveball with a late spring frost that wiped out 90% of our crop. However, we embraced the challenge and sourced exceptional Riesling for our traditional dry style from renowned grape grower Juliet Cullen at Tumbarumba. We’re thrilled about the unique flavours in this Riesling, resulting from the different terroir of the neighbouring grape growing regions. Hand picked grapes were fermented with a cultured yeast under refrigeration to preserve delicate varietal flavours.
