Description
Riesling is such a diverse variety that lends itself to so many different wine styles, however we usually only have enough of our own fruit to produce one Riesling wine. Fortuitously Ben’s relatives own Ballinaclash Vineyard in Young within the Hilltops region and they have supplied the pristine handpicked fruit for this wine for two vintages now. Its a beautiful example of how acidity and sugar can balance together to produce a lovely sweet/sour style.
