Our very first Fortified Shiraz – aged to perfection! This would be a perfect way to finish off Christmas lunch. I had to twist Ben’s arm to re-release a few bottles! Fortified with neutral grape spirit to 20.5% alcohol. A luxurious intense and juicy wine with sweet stewed cherries and plums and hints of spice – cinnamon and pepper. A delicious sweet raisin finish.
