Description
Crafted from a blend of Merlot, Shiraz & Sangiovese grapes – this is the second vintage of this unique style. The grapes for this wine were sourced from the Grove Estate vineyard in the neighbouring Hilltops Wine Region. The owners of this vineyard are actually relatives of Ben’s, so its all still grown by the family! This rose has been made in a drier style through the maceration method This is the most complex way to produce a rose as the colour and flavour is obtained from controlling the amount of contact the juice has with the skins. The result is a beautiful wine with vibrant raspberry and cherry flavours and a refreshing citrus zingy finish.
