A modern, lean and dry ’Chablis’ style Chardonnay with lemon, pear and lime flavours and medium to high acidity. Fermented in stainless steel rather than oak to preserve freshness and fruit purity. Estate-grown grapes. Enjoy with roast chicken or creamy pasta.

Re-released for Christmas from our private cellar stock, only available till 24th December or while stocks last. Produced from our estate-grown Chardonnay grapes planted in 1978 and thriving in our volcanic soils.
The cooler season led to an extended ripening period and resulted in higher acidity levels which was perfect for making this "Chablis" style Chardonnay.The wine has seen minimal skin contact, has not been matured in oak barrels and has not undergone malolactic fermentation which results in a leaner, crisp and fruity style of Chardonnay that works well with a large range of foods. A modern, lean and dry "Chablis" style Chardonnay with lemon, pear and lime flavours and medium to high acidity. Limited stock.
